We want you to love what you buy — but if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at or WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or wrong items: We will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike, etc.): Customer must arrange and bear the return shipping.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If payment was made via COD, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used items or products damaged after delivery due to misuse are not eligible.
- Custom or bulk orders are not returnable unless defective.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and you must initiate a return after delivery.
